Scaredy Bat shortlisted for the 2023 Bookbug Picture Book Prize

We are overjoyed that Scaredy Bat by Jonathan Meres and Anders Frang has been shortlisted for the 2023 Bookbug Picture Book Prize. This prize is the biggest picture book prize in Scotland where copies of the three shortlisted books are gifted to every single primary one child in Scotland who then have the task of choosing the winner of the prize to be announced early in 2023.

Scaredy Bat is a wonderful, lyrical, fun picture book with gorgeous illustrations by Anders, we have our fingers crossed for the boys.
